Your company's Partner Guardian (designated person in your company who is responsible for managing all user/contact details in Partner Profile) can be identified in Supplier Hub by using the following options:

Option 1 - Requires Supplier Hub Login:
Step #1: Log into Supplier Hub: https://supplierhub.homedepot.com/home
Step #2: Once in Supplier Hub, select 'Account' site.
Step #3: Partner Guardian details are listed in the 'Account' site.

Option 2 - Does Not Require Supplier Hub Login:
Step #1: Click on 'Contact Us' on the Supplier Hub login page: https://supplierhub.homedepot.com/home
Step #2: Select one of the following options:
- If you do not have a valid user id and cannot log into Supplier Hub, select: Send us an email @ suppliersupport@homedepot.com
- Be sure to provide your Pvendor# and your user id
- If you do have a valid user id and wish to submit a ticket, select: Sign in to submit a ticket
- If you do not have a valid user id and cannot log into Supplier Hub, select: Send us an email @ suppliersupport@homedepot.com
If your company does not have a valid Partner Guardian (out of office or left the company), please contact us by submitting a support ticket or send us an email as detailed in the above Option 2.
